Our local office dates back to 1952, when the Sioux City office of T.C. Henderson, an investment firm headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, opened in the Badgerow Building.  The first manager was Carl Sauer, who was then followed by Jack Koerner, and Bob O’Neill.  In 1970, the office was purchased by Piper Jaffrey, a Minneapolis-based brokerage firm.  John Kelly was the first manager under Piper Jaffray and served until 1992. Korey Kletschke, our current branch manager, replaced Pat Corey after his retirement in 2021.  Stifel purchased the office in 2009.

Our office is located on the corner of 4th Street and Jackson Street in downtown Sioux City.  You may park in the ramp adjacent to our building when you visit us.  If you choose to park in the ramp, we will reimburse you for your parking.  If you are out of town or unable to come in, we are happy to facilitate business via Zoom or phone calls.
